Competency assessment and potential evaluations are conducted in order to detect managers and candidates for managerial positions on beforehand among those who currently work at KoçSistem with a proven success by high competency and performance; and who will be able to gain competitive advantage for the Group in the future.
Performance Evaluation; The employee and the manager mutually evaluate the annual performance of the employee at the end of the year.
Personal Development; In case a difference is noticed between the job and personal competency level of the employee upon the conducted assessments, a training program is planned and a personal development plan is made for eliminating that inadequacy.
