KoçSistem always accepts the most qualified personnel to its structure.
KoçSistem evaluates all applicants’ successes in their prior internship programs as well as their academic profiles. Competency-Based interview provides a wide evaluation of the applicant’s creativity, innovative competence and his ability to interact socially.
In 2010, KoçSistem had approximately 10.000 applications to its new graduate positions. The Company recruited total of 52 personnels after face-to-face competence-based interviews, English and NEO PI-R tests.
KoçSistem has organized a career day in the process of new graduate recruitment in 2010. The aim of this event was to give detailed information about both the sector and KoçSistem and also to share the career opportunities the company presents. Senior executives of KoçSistem and 80 new graduates met via career day.
All of the applicants who contributed to the career day were included in the process of new graduate recruitment.
We will finish recruiting new graduates by the 30th of April.
