
KoçSistem provided new job opportunities to 104 new graduates in the first 8 months of 2011. Recruitments started on February and ended on August. Young talents started working in the Koç Family.
There were 15.000 applications to KoçSistem within two months. 600 among 15.000 applicants were qualified to contribute to the career day. They had the opportunity to listen the company’s executives. Afterwards, they were asked to create a car with the given materials and were evaluated based on their ability to work as a team, planning, division of tasks, communication, creativity, time management and ability to work under stress . Successful applicants were invited to the competence based interviews. By august, 104 new-graduates started working in the Koç Family.
Vedat Korkmaz, HR director, mentioned the importance KoçSistem gives to its relations with universities and he underlined the projects which the company mainly developed for the Y generation.
